How much does DoLA POS cost?

The DoLA POS base plan starts from HKD $99/month per device when using DoLA's partner payment services (transaction rates from 0.95%). The base plan covers core POS features including ordering, table management, split billing, a mobile owner app (DoLA Connect), and cloud reports. Additional modules such as QR code ordering, delivery platform integration, CRM & membership, and more can be added as needed. What is the minimum contract period?

The standard contract is 1 year, which is the norm in the restaurant industry. We also offer discounts for longer commitments. You can upgrade your plan or add modules at any time during the contract period — there's no need to wait until renewal.

What is included in the setup and onboarding?

When you subscribe to our Online Customer Service (waived free if your annual software subscription exceeds $8,000), the initial setup and training fee of $1,600 per branch is included at no extra cost. This covers professional on-site service including system configuration, menu setup, and hands-on staff training. If you prefer self-setup, we provide text/video tutorials so you can get started on your own.
