Where a restaurant uses DoLA's products to serve its own customers, that restaurant is the party responsible for its customers' personal data (the data user), and DoLA processes such data on the restaurant's behalf and under its instructions.

AI-Powered Features (DoLA AI) (Applies to Restaurant Operators)
On your request, our AI-assisted features ("DoLA AI") process your restaurant's own operational data (such as sales, orders, members and menu items) to generate analytics, insights and suggestions.
To provide these features, relevant business queries and derived operational data are processed by a third-party artificial intelligence / large-language-model service provider. That provider's servers may be located outside Hong Kong (including in Mainland China), and the provider may change from time to time. Personal data that reaches the model is minimised, and key identifiers (such as names, phone numbers and IDs) are masked before processing.
AI-generated analytics and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and do not constitute professional financial, tax, legal or business advice. You should verify such output before relying on it.
Financial and Loan Product Referrals (Applies to Restaurant Operators)
We work with third-party financial partners (which may include licensed lenders, banks and other financing providers) who offer loan and financing products. Only if you give your explicit, opt-in written consent (a separate consent that is not pre-ticked), we will provide such partner(s) with your business's order and transaction information — including order amounts, items, discounts, dates and related sales records — solely so that the partner may market and offer its own loan or financing products to you directly. You should be aware that the Company may receive a referral fee or other benefit in connection with providing your data for this purpose. This consent is entirely optional, is not pre-ticked, and is not a condition of using our services. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting us at support@dolatechnology.com, after which we will stop providing your data to such partner(s) for this purpose (though we cannot recall data already transferred). Where order records contain personal data of your own customers, such data is removed before sharing.
Transfers Outside Hong Kong

要求刪除您的數據

加州居民——您的私隱權利（CCPA / CPRA）

管轄法律和語言
